- There is still a disconnect between Senior Management and PMO Directors as to the role of Project Management within the organization.
- Not enough Projects receive the support of Senior Management.
- Fewer projects completed within budget and in line with business intent compared with last year’s survey.
- Only 52% of Projects reach their stated goals if there is not a culture of Project Management.
- 71% of Projects reach their goal when Project Management culture is a high priority within the organization.
